First Aid Kit Checklist

What Should I Put in my First Aid Kit?

A well-stocked first aid kit is a vital part of your disaster planning so make sure that you keep up to date with yours. Be sure to replace items as you use them or as they expire. You should check your first aid kit at least once per year to make sure nothing has expired.

Ensure your family knows where it is and that it is in an easily accessible place. After all, you never know when a disaster might strike.
